There are lots of various online chat rooms available for you to play in, at most of the online Bingo sites on the internet, these rooms should be great fun and very enjoyable for all that frequent them, so please take a moment to read the “Chat Room Etiquette” list below and help to keep the chat rooms great fun places to be -
- Respect - Please use respect at all times in particular to all chat members and the Chat Moderator and their authority at all times.
- Have Fun - A good time be had by all and you should enjoy the “community” atmosphere, so please keep the chat rooms a place where you would bring your friends for a visit and lots of fun. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to play bingo, and parents will be held responsible for the actions of minor children using their accounts.
- Be Nice - If you can’t say something nice, then don’t say anything at all. A good rule of thumb is “if you don’t want someone to say it about you or one of your friends, then you do not say it about other people”.
- Help Others - Keep in mind we were all once “newbies” and others took time to answer your questions. Please return the kindness done for you to others. If someone is mean to you just remember “because someone is being mean doesn’t mean we have to be mean to them”.
- Learn from Others - We have different people from all walks of life in our chat rooms. Please remember that different cultures have different beliefs, and we may all learn something new from each other.
- Learn from Mistakes - If you are warned about your behavior in the chat room please heed it. You may receive a warning in the chat room or a written warning. Some online Bingo sites may also cancel accounts for serious breech of chat rules.
- Other Sites - No endorsement or promoting of any other sites is normally permitted or tolerated.
- Writing in CAPS - This is considered yelling in the chat world and can be highly annoying to players. Do not use caps unless requested by the Chat Leader.

Hello, I would just like to say thank you for this article about chat etiquette as it has been very helpful to me, I have never been very good at understanding what is being said in the online chat rooms sometimes and I have often sat their and thought what does that mean, lol, and it was good to read this about respecting other players and why you should not write in caps as it is considered rude. I like the crown bingos online site and they are a very freindly site to play at and they have been around for a very long time now, which is quite reasuring to know that they are not some fly by night company, so i feel very safe and secure when playing at their online site.
Hi, I have always like playing at the crown bingos online site and they have always got lots of really good promotions and games to play here. It was good to read this article about the chat etiquette here and i think that this will be very helpful for players that are new to online bingo and when i first started to play bingo online i never knew that by writing in Caps in the online chat rooms was considered as shouting. In the main i have always found online chat rooms a good fun place to go, but there can sometimes be some silly people who try and upset other, so it is good to see that the cms and online sites will not tolorate this kind of behaviour.
