Dingo Bingo is an application for Facebook, developed for Digital Blue Ltd.

The Facebook Terms of Use and Platform Application Terms of Use apply. By installing the Dingo Bingo application, you also accept the following.

1. This is a game, for amusement only. This is not gambling. The prizes have no cash value.
2. Digital Blue Ltd owns the exclusive rights to all prizes, tickets, logos, art work, and other digital property associated with Dingo Bingo. Prizes, tickets, logos, art work and other digital property associated with Dingo Bingo must not be used without the permission of Digital Blue Ltd.
3. You may not attempt to sell prizes, tickets, tokens or anything associated with Dingo Bingo through other websites (e.g., eBay) or other Facebook applications (e.g., AceBucks) for real or virtual currencies.
4. Digital Blue Ltd may, from time to time, award prizes based on the leaderboard in the Dingo Bingo Facebook app. Digital Blue Ltd?s decision is final in terms of these prizes.
5. While every effort is made to reliably provide this service, outages and unexpected downtime will occur. Digital Blue Ltd does not make any guarantees of uninterrupted service. In particular, disconnections from the game server may occur from time to time. We are particularly not responsible for any outages or software errors that result from actions taken by Facebook.
6. We reserve the right to alter game behaviour, and may not always inform players of changes.
7. Any action you take to earn additional points outside the game is completely optional and entered into of your own free will.
8. Your use of Dingo Bingo is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including, but not limited to, the use of farm accounts, exploiting the system for personal gain, making use of, or not reporting, any bug or exploit and abusive, threatening or defamatory language used in our chat rooms, emails, Facebook messages and/or public forums.
9. Digital Blue Ltd is in no way responsible for any personal injury you may claim to have incurred through your voluntary use of our software.
10. We reserve the right to disable and reset all accounts that are inactive for 90 days or more.
11. Only one game account per person is permitted. You may not create and/or control additional accounts for the purpose of compiling additional points. Players caught operating such farm accounts are subject to an immediate ban from Dingo Bingo.
12. Please take care in ensuring the security of your Dingo Bingo account. Digital Blue Ltd is not responsible for actions taken within the game if your account is under the control of another person, whether it be with or without (i.e., your account is “hacked”) your consent.
